人口迁移背景下人力资本在农民创业中的作用The Role of Human Capital in Farmer Entrepreneurship under the Background of Population Migration

摘要(Abstract)：
人口迁移背景下，农民创业成为解决城乡收入差距，促进城乡协同发展的重要手段。人力资本是个人技能水平、受教育程度、培训经历的具体体现，在农民创业中也发挥着重要作用。运用2016年中国劳动力动态调查(CLDS)数据，采用多项Logit回归和倾向得分匹配方法(PSM)检验人口迁移背景下人力资本在农民创业中的作用。结果显示：培训经历对农民进行雇主型创业有促进作用；受教育程度、技术证书和人口迁移经历对农民创业有显著正向影响；创业经验对农民进行自雇型创业有显著负向影响。由此，为了促进城乡协同创新发展，提出大力发展农村基础教育、鼓励农民参加培训、改善农村金融环境和扫除迁移人员创业障碍等促进农民创业的政策建议。
